Tsim Sha Tsui at night, Hong Kong, November 2009 (香港尖沙咀夜景) : Pictures from a couple of evenings spent wandering around Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong. On the first evening, I started out at the Avenue of the Stars. I took lots of pictures of the skyline on the island, but none of them turned out well, because among other things I had left the aperture set at f7.1, so I had a lot of 0.5 second handheld exposures. I did get some interesting people shots however. I then wandered up Nathan Road, through some of the surrounding streets, and then ended up at the Knutsford Terrace, where I refueled with a martini at the "All Night Long" bar. I stopped by the area on another evening on the way back from a dinner in Central and took a few more pictures. There were a bunch of interesting places that I probably should have photographed but didn't bother, like the famous Chungking Mansions, because there were too many people. Temple Street and nearby, Hong Kong, China, November (2006) (香港庙街的夜景) : Shots from a walk around Temple Street in Kowloon one evening in November 2009. Temple Street was supposed to be full of shady and somewhat disreputable figures, but seemed pretty tame. It is a bit on the touristy side, but still neat to walk around. Sai Kung, Hong Kong, China, November 2009 (中国香港西貢) : Pictures from an evening walking around Sai Kung in Hong Kong in November 2009. Sai Kung is a small town in Kowloon that is right on the water.
