Some pictures of Beijing from a trip at the end of April and beginning of May. Most of the pictures are from Wudaokou (五道口) at night, especially an unnamed street in that starts at the intersection of Chengfu Road (成府路) and Wangzhuang Road (王庄路) near the Languages University (语言学院) and Wudaokou Light Rail Station (五道口城铁站), runs south, crosses the North Fourth Ring Road (北四环)at Zhanchun Bridge (展春桥), then continues south past the West Entrance of Beijing Aeronautics University (北航西门) before ending at Zhichun Road (知春路). The shops and restaurants along the road appear to be slated for demolition, presumably so a proper street can be put through, so I wanted to capture some night scenes there before they vanish. There are also a few pictures from Sanlitun (三里屯) along Gongti North Road (工体北路) from an evening stroll there, on the way to meet a friend for martinis at the now-vanished "First Cafe".
